Lyrics

Demons are deep inside, in them I confide. Allah save me, set me free. This smoke settles on my skin. Don't play with fire, you'll never win. Allah save me, help me breathe. I'm feeling so sleepless, feeling so dreamless. So much in my mind and I can't press rewind. Thinking over the same old thoughts, I'm purposely wasting time. And I can't even think in a straight line. Crazy thoughts in my mind, my heart big. And I got a heavy chest, a big weight on it. Is it being pressed? Is this a blessing or a test? Whatever it is, it feels like a mess, a game with no moves. You can call it chess. My body feels dead, I'm losing my mind, I'm losing my head. Leading thoughts, where have they led? Inner demons I really can't shed. How do people deal with these type of situations? Why can't I be like them? I've got no motivation. Feeling no determination, like I've been thrown out of life elimination. Life don't even feel real, call it animation. And I don't even feel a part of my generation, yeah. Demons are deep inside, in them I confide. Allah save me, set me free. This long settles on my skin, don't play with fire, you never win. Allah save me, help me breathe. Knife in my heart, I'm trying to find. Am I making sense? Because nothing makes sense, looking for someone to blame. Cause everything seems to be the same, I lost faith. I'm hanging my head in shame, how do I get in lane? I'm looking for the indicator, cause I feel like I'm losing it all. And these demons are trying to drain me short. Am I fighting or have I already fought these confusing thoughts? Am I doing enough? Are these demons trying to catch my bluff? Because you will one day die, and no one will hear you cry. The grave is no bunk, but the life you had led. We'll be questioning what you have said. Kings and queens will also rest, inside just another body. Every end the same, you can call a carbon copy. It depends on your own faith. Deeds on which side of the scale, I need to focus on learning the cool, my faith. Have I even obeyed my lord? Demons are deep inside, in them I confide. Allah save me, set me free. This long settles on my skin, don't play with fire, you never win. Allah save me, help me breathe. Al-Mizan will judge me, scared of that day, I really need to pray. A stranger I've become, inner demons have made me numb. I've forgotten the outcome, my lord I shouldn't dismiss. Try and actually know, is what is actually at play my afterlife? Do I wanna toss away? I'm playing against the devil, with paradise being the goal. The books will be handed to me, the water dragged by. Am I a good guy or a bad guy? Two minds, am I two faced? Because there is only one path. The straight path, the path I will walk on, on the day of judgement. If I fall, I'll face the punishment. Thinner than a strand of hair, I really need to fear. Sharper than a sword, a bridge set up over hell. These demons can go to hell, no more trying to dwell.
