2. Accounts
To use certain features, you must create an account. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials and for all activity under your account. You agree to provide accurate information and to notify us promptly of any unauthorized use.
3. Acceptable Use
You agree not to:
- Use the Service for any unlawful purpose or in violation of any applicable law
- Scrape, crawl, or use automated tools to extract data from the Service without our written permission
- Attempt to circumvent security measures, access controls, or rate limits
- Upload, transmit, or distribute malicious code, spam, or harmful content

4. Content & Intellectual Property
SawtiQ is a platform for discovering and listening to Islamic audio content including nasheeds, naats, and related works. The audio content available on SawtiQ is curated from publicly available sources and remains the intellectual property of its respective rights holders.
User-Generated Content. Content you create on SawtiQ (playlists, favorites) remains yours. By creating content on the Service, you grant us a limited license to display it within the platform.
5. Copyright & DMCA Policy
We respect the intellectual property rights of others. If you believe that content available on SawtiQ infringes your copyright, you may submit a takedown request to our designated agent:

6. Third-Party Services
The Service may integrate with third-party services including Google (authentication) and YouTube (content sources). Your use of these third-party services is governed by their respective terms and privacy policies. We are not responsible for third-party content, services, or practices.
7. Termination
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account at any time, with or without notice, for conduct that we determine violates these Terms, is harmful to other users or the Service, or is otherwise objectionable.

8. Disclaimer of Warranties
The Service is provided “as is” and “as available” without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including but not limited to implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.
We do not guarantee that the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or secure. Audio content availability may vary and is subject to change without notice.
9. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Smarter Broadcast Corp. and its officers, directors, employees, and agents shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the Service.
Our total liability for any claim arising from or relating to the Service shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the 12 months preceding the claim, or $100 USD, whichever is greater.
10. Governing Law
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of California, United States, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any disputes arising under these Terms shall be resolved in the courts located in the State of California.
